This place used to be a decent place to live. The manager is difficult to reach as she only shows up for a few minutes Monday through Friday just before noon while most residents are usually at work. Maintenance reports that they are no longer buying them necessary items for much needed repairs. They do the best they can, and one guy paid out of his pocket to buy caulking for my unit. There are drug dealers, prostitutes, and homeless people around the complex. I know of atleast two drug dealers working out of their apartment. The elevators are out of service, and the manager stated that there was no guarantee in our contract that the elevators would be in working order. She is very rude when approached about any concerns regarding the complex. I saw a PROPOSED REZONING sign next to the 4242 Cedar Springs apartment sign that faces Wycliff Ave. We are seeking a new residence in a hurry!! AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!!
