I have lived here for one year, and just renewed my lease for another year. Although the apartments are on the small side, with no microwave, and highish rent for the area, they are a GREAT deal! I only have one noisy neighbor. Parking is great, grounds are well kept. The property management and maintenance are spectacular. Every issue I have had (down to needing light bulbs replaced!) have been handled in less than 24 hours. I have had no safety concerns, in fact, I walk my dog at all hours with no worries. They are very animal friendly here, and come up with fun resident activities.
