Even though the property seems to be nicely landscaped, you're paying for it! Rent is far way too high here for what you get. Grounds aren't well kept as dog owners seem to let their dogs go anywhere without having the decency of picking up after them, but that can happen anywhere. There's not one apt complex that's better than the other on that situation. BUT, the noise level is high due to Bush and Dallas Toll just on the other side, not to mention the hoodish apartments that are East and South of the complex. There have been car breakins, a notice that someone was lurking the property at night asking for directions as well as the building lights were out one night. We couldn't even see to get into our apt. I'm glad I was with my wife as this is a major safety issue. I'd hate to see her fall in the dark and rename this property! Think twice before moving here. There are less expensive apartments just north of here that are just as beautiful and like a previous posted said...This isn't an AMLI property anymore. Office staff not friendly or maybe they were just having a bad day. The new manager needs to work on her people skills as I simply called to ask a question and she brushed me off and never called me back. Not a way to keep a good way to keep the place full!
