I didn't have a lot of time to research my move and wish I would have found the time. I was going by the AMLI name and just assumed it would be a decent place to live. I have no complaints about the AMLI Management...they were extremely helpful, friendly and always went out of their way to make the residence feel comfortable. The day after the buy out, the new management company brought in their own staff and I just didn't get the same feeling. I did keep an open mind, but each time I made any kind of contact with the office staff, I was never greeted in a friendly way, nor were any of my maintenance requests handled in a timely manner. But this isn't the reason for my move or this horrible rating. The apartment complex must be in the flight pattern of Addison airport. The noise level is extremely high and a big distraction. There is also a train that goes by and is annoying and lastly, the apt is between Dallas Parkway and George Bush. If you can sleep through all that, then this is the place for you. Just be sure your building doesn't face either toll and you should be fine.
