I have lived on this property for over 3 years now. I love my floor plan and in all the time I have lived here, I have only seen 2 cockroaches...and they were in the breezeway. I feel fairly secure walking through the parking lots, but the neighborhood seems to be changing some. Also, we did get a new gate system which I think is terrible. A definite downgrade. The noise is pretty average - nothing too crazy. Maintenance men are nice and do a good job.

The Staff however seems a bit incompetent. Yes, they have been nice when I've come in to pick up a package. They say hello when I drop off my rent. But in my experience they aren't all that great at handling problems. FOR EXAMPLE: At one time my carpets were supposed to be cleaned, they forgot to put the order in. I called and they then said they would make sure it got done the following week. No big deal until it didn't get done. I had to call again, and they put me hold numerous times, said they'd call back, but didn't. When I did finally talk to someone, I got many excuses. I would guess in management you have to learn to receive LOTS of complaints, but I would also guess the last way you would be instructed to respond to complaints would be to make a lame excuse. You listen, apologize for the inconvenience and then try to fix the problem. When people are in complaint mode - the last thing they want to hear is your excuse.

All in all I have enjoyed living here. Just be aware that if problems do arise, they may not be handled very professionally.

I hate living here since the new people took over the staff is very very rude the manager doesn't even know what she does .she never returnes my calls regarding to the flood in my apt and she is always smoking outside by the pool and i have asked her if she can smoke some wherealse not ehere me and my mom are reading book. she got so mad and got even ruder.apartments are nice the staff are rude.
