Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2008
I use to live here, loved it, thought it was the best place I have ever lived. Then AMLI got bought by Laramar(sp*) and ever since the place has gone down hill! Rent is increased dramatically, gates require a STUPID card to open rather than the buttons we had when it was owned by AMLI, crime is bad, i had my CAR STOLEN from there, also was a hispanic male that was trying to sexually assault 2 ppl there and was caught by ME, cops got him and management was called out to the scene(roughly 12am)
Overall, this place is over priced for the area(nasty apts me surrounding), management doesn't really care too much about others EVEN THOUGH it's a tiny complex!
Keep looking and don't stop by here is my recomendation
