RUN...Don't walk away from this dump - The apartments appear to be great when you first arrive. The grounds well looked after, but once you move in is when all of the trouble begins. Always an us vs them type of place - This is one of the smallest apt complexes I have ever seen. As such everyone is very close to you and when some loud group is using the pool, there is a real good chance they are going to be loud right into your apartment.
