Good Frat house, Bad Home

If you like partying and noise, then by all means move in, but if you are like me and have to get up in the morning for a real job, stay away. The average age of those who live here is 20, so if you're over living in filth and staying up till 4 am this is not the place for you. It has beautiful surroundings, but it's hardly worth looking at after they are trashed everynight by the tenants who live here.
