Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2005
I have been a resident of 5400 for close to 3 years. For the longest time there were no problems but over the last 6 months this place has absolutely fallen apart. Management refuses to notify tenants of changes in policy, there are leaks in the ceiling that management believes can be fixed with a fresh coat of paint, there have been NUMEROUS car break-ins, codes to the property do not work...all complaints are met with "I'm sorry you feel like that".
Like I said, the first 2.5 years in this apartment were fabulous, i thought i'd stay there until i bought a house. At this point i would not refer my worst enemy to this property or to the management team. Thanks Power for yet another happy customer!!!!
