5400 Live Oak

 

Hip, cool, and fun.

That's how I would discribe my year and a half at 5400.

I loved all my neighbors.

My sister loved her nextdoor neighbor so much that they have been dating for almost a year.

Many people meet at 5400.

People play football, cards, dominos, and drinking games together all the time.

people grill out and lookout for eachother.

It's a great comunity of friendly people.

If you are a person who can't stand noise, people coming over, or random parties do not move here.

You would spoil it for all.

I had to break my lease and although it was a bit of a hastle, in the end I was treated fairly and I even got my deposit back.

Kelly was the manager I delt with and although she had policy to go by, when it came down to it she went and talked to the owner (who works in the office too) and it was all resolved.

---- happens in all places but I think they really do a great job here.
