The price seemed fair at best for what we were getting, so we moved in. The problems started immediately with management. They didn't even clean our place before we moved in! They made multiple promises and never fullfilled them. For example, screens for our windows which never came despite multiple prodding. They finally said "I'm sorry, we just can't appease you", even though they had already promised to put up screens. We needed the screens because our air conditioning kept breaking. They also took away parking spots from people because they promised people moving in more spots than they had available. They just don't care!! It's unbelievable. I know that almost everyone is unhappy at this Power Property and they are all moving out after one lease term.
