This apartment complex is trash. It's old, dilapidated, and in the ghetto. Nothing is wrong with the ghetto, but rent in the ghetto should not be $1200. There are only 15 units here and more than half of the residents hate living here. I know of three people that are breaking their lease this month alone. That says a lot about this place. The office staff are a bunch of pretentious wanna be's, but they forget that they probably can t even afford to live here so I don't know why they act so snobby. The owners are two fast talkers that lie and deny that they have rats, roaches, lions, tigers, bears, and all other undesirable creatures of nature living on the grounds. They have their pest control complaints posted on a bulletin board in one of the property manager's offices and it always has complaints of rats and roaches listed on it. Beware of this joint people! You will regret it just as so many of us do. And if you move here, make sure you don't even leave a stick of gum on the front seat of your car because some hoodlum will probably break in there and steal it!
