i moved to 6011 gaston from brookhaven apts in farmers branch and am quite amazed at what i get here for just a bit more than iw as paying.

for one thing i *love* having all bills paid.

at all my other apts my utilities (elec, water, gas) cost me about 300 extra each month-sometimes more in the summer.

here i come home to my place a comfortable 75 degrees each day.

i also like the historic area--the huge old trees and the fact that the layout of the apartments is unique and not the "cookie cutter" style i had become accostomed to in fb and addison.

i also like that my place is now the meeting spot whenever me and my friends go for a nighton the town.

since i live so close to lower greenville, 4 of us can take a cab from my place and it is under 10 bucks if we want to cut loose.

wish i lived here when i was at SMU rather than north dallas.
