06/24/13 by anonymous: My husband and I have lived her for almost a year now and it will be a year in August we stay in a one bedroom apt.....I feel like these are the best apts. to stay at in Midwest City hands down! I love our landlady/manager she keeps the property nice and clean and it's always quiet just the way we like it because we are quiet people. The neighbors are quiet, clean, and respectful. No more
04/12/03 by anonymous: The place is very well-located. Positives are: 1) Washers and dryers in the apts, 2)2 parking spaces per apt, 3)relatively low rent. Negatives: 1) dusty (if you like to vacuum and dust, this is the place for you), 2) moldy (the shower could be a petri dish for mold, 3) depending on the weather, uncovered walking to parking area can remove some of the charm of covered parking. more

The water bill is paid for however, electricity has to be paid by the tenant which for me during march in my studio apartment was $11 and in June was $30. There is an abundant space for parking. The parking lot may not be the best more

I have one of the smallest apartments, but it lives larger than its 583 square feet and there's a great view of downtown. The finish out is beautiful. The closet is maybe adequate for one resident; the balcony large enough for one chair. I love the fact that more

Both Highland Park and Dallas police are visible on a regular basis. Occasionally (over several years) have heard of car break-ins in the area, but tenant cars are visible from each apartment, so this is reduced by proximity/view.

Brand spanking new, friendly responsive management, beautiful people, everything was vibrant and exciting and anything seemed possible. Two Dallas Cowboys lived there then and hung out at the pool, the girls were beautiful, we all partied at each others' places. All feel-good and positive vibes, nothing bad more
09/04/10 by Luxe: These apartments are not as bad as the other reviews that were given. I recently moved only because I wanted a house but I stayed here for 2 1/2 years. The management is nice and maintenance requests are handled immediately. There are kids that play outside but the apartment complex is small so from time to time they may play in the parking lot. That aspect may be annoying but if you have kids or more
