Now I will warn you if you plan to move here that the parking is a serious issue please do yourself a favor and rent a garage. I never had any issues with any office staff they are always polite and professional. Maintenance takes care of things more

The pool, club room, business center and outdoor "cave" area all close at 10 pm. And they just added the rule of only 2 guests per unit allowed in the pool area, which seems to be the trend in more

The best thing to do is just to keep to yourself and you wont have any problems. There's a rat and roach problem. Office staff is very nice. Apartments are well priced. It's the ghetto people. What else could you ask for. more

I can say that I found all that I was looking for and more at Cityville at Cityplace. From the moment I walked into the modernly decorated lobby, was greeted by friendly staff, toured the grounds, and living more

Maintenance was not responsive to requests. In the summer of 1999, I went for 2 weeks without AC. In Texas heat? C'mon!! The walls were thin, and you could hear your neighbor's stereos quite clearly.
Constantly there were cars screeching tires and more
