You get what you pay for. - Out of the local apartments this is the best option I found for the dollar. It was aged considerablly and is reflected among the appliances, carpet, and drywall. Everything was professionally maintained and responded to in a fair amount of time. My only complaint is to write everything down that is wrong with the unit before hand. I have lived here 4 months now and I have kept a list of complaints from the day I moved in (35 incidents so far). 99% of the problem is noise, and 99% of the noise problems come from a small handful of tenants.

I finally complained about one noise issue and it seems to have been resolved. No problems with that tenant since.
