12/01/13 by MJ0292092: Just moved in and I HATE it ! Roaches every where! & the floors were filthy I had to use several swiffer pads. The cabinets on the kitchen are chipped off very wasted. It's all bills paid yeah but I can't wait to get out of here. more

Travis at Knox

4611 Travis Street, Dallas, TX 75205

04/06/10 by anonymous: I have lived here about a year (leasing) and really like it. The facilities throughout the building are very new and nice. Because the place is mostly for sale, its seems almost empty so there is never too much comotion which is good. The location is perfect, its a perfect spot that blends HP with Uptown. The staff is super friendly and always easy to find. I would definitly recomend more

Cambridge Square Apartments

2228 Cambridge Square Dr, Dallas, TX 75228

04/10/14 by nettiejackson: I have lived here for six years, and the first four years were good, but these last two years have not been pleasant. They have changed office personnel and/or maintenance staff at least three times and it doesn't seem to be getting better. Office personnel have bad attitudes and just are not friendly. It feels like they don't care about the tenants when pertaining to maintenance more

Carillon House

13717 Preston Rd, Dallas, TX 75240

12/10/13 by dissatisfied65: My husband and I moved into this apartment with a six month lease knowing that it was not the best. The apartment, although old, has TONS of space. We asked to see our unit multiple times and she hesitated until she finally let us but hurried us through the tour. The day we moved in, I could not stop crying. I have never seen so many roaches in my entire life. Every time you more

10/30/13 by anonymous: When the air goes out they decide to put in a window unit instead of just fixing the damn air. These peope are very lazy when it comes to fixing stuff on the property. Other apts ive lived in the air wld be fixed on a sun and wldnt have to wait til the next day. And the parking sucks. Im just going to move if they cnt get there shit together. Plus these damn mexicans cant even speak english. I pay more

08/08/14 by anonymous: DONT PARK IN VISITORS! BECAUSE THEY WILL STILL TOW YOUR CAR REGARDLESS! THEY SAY YOU NEED A PARKING PASS BUT YET NONE OF THE RESIDENTS KNEW ABOUT! THE PEOPLE IN THE OFFICE ARE RUDE! THEY APTS HAVE HUGE SNAKES EVERYWHERE! Don't let the upgraded appliances fool you! These apts are pretty trashy a lot of people walking around late at nights looking creepy and crazy! Horrible place to move they more

Continental Lofts (Deep Ellum Lofts)

3311 Elm Street, Dallas, TX 75226

12/17/13 by anonymous: Don't do it... I agree with other review the walls are paper thin. I lived in Murray Lofts for two years And though the staff are nice there is no insulation at all between the walls and obviously The curtosey officer does not exist, I have called many times and he never Showed up. For the money you pay it's not worth it. There are parties that can Go on for hours with loud music more

Belmont Park Apartments

5201 Belmont Ave, Dallas, TX 75206

03/12/12 by anonymous: Pay very close attention to the rating on the apartment sites. You will notice that every single bad review is followed by a "good" one with almost no substance to it. The leasing office rigs it. I've lived here for 9 months with nothing but constant problems with maintenance not fixing things. Its been a nightmare. more

5600 SMU Boulevard, Dallas, TX 75206

07/19/14 by Gingerminion: Dr Jekyll, and Mr. Hyde When school is out I thoroughly enjoy this place, when school is in its a living hell. In fact there's only one word need to describe the months of August-December and mid-Jaunary-June, PUKE. it's everywhere. The stairwells, elevators, randomly through the halls, by the pool, in the courtyards, the dog parks and I assume in most of the students' residences. more
