Are being sued by Texas State

While there are many pro's to the apartment, I believe their website does a great job of speaking to them so I'll simply address the large red flags here.
1) The staff works off commision. They will try to swindle, fanangle, manipulate, and even deceive you so they can make any extra money (administrative fees, application fees, recurring maintenance fees, small "mandatory" fees, garage fees, etc) and will try to pin you with non-damaged items in your apartment that they believe you have somehow "altered" since your stay (i.e. a smudge on wall by lightswitch becomes a need to replace entire sheetrock).
2) The company is being sued in Texas State court, and will most likely settle due to the nature of the case. There is no way to win and it appears from court documents that Amli legal team knows it.
3) Listed by Apartment Life, Dallas life, architectural digest, and trendy living as one of the worst places to live in Dallas. The average review says "nice place but the staff makes it miserable."
Amli is not the place to live if you're looking for a worry-free apartment and a worry-free staff. We all know how half the pleasure of an apartment complex is the management. And at Amli, the management is AWFUL.
