Fitness Center a JOKE, NOTHING WORKS

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2008
Treadmills NEVER work; broken 3 months in summer, work 1 month, broken 2 months in winter. My wife & I can't work out together because the treadmills never both work at the same time, the only bike squeeks, cleaned maybe once a month, germs & dust, poor ventilation due to openings to smells of basketball court. Katy Trail is close & you can get mugged there any day so we chose this place especially for winter workouts; what a joke.
CAR BREAK INs & THEFT every 6 months in the secure parking garage. Some park in the outdoor lot & get their jeep windows slashed. Our opinion, keep looking.
Maintenance is good, management makes promises while laughing.
