I recently visited this complex on a trip to Dallas and was VERY impressed with everything. I am very excited to move in later this summer. I am a student who was in a situation of trying to find an apartment in the area from out of state- and it was a difficult task in a lot of respects. So hopefully this review will be helpful for anyone considering this property who is unable to visit especially.

The area is FANTASTIC! Great neighborhood with many good shops and restaurants in very close walking distance (Starbucks, Potterybarn, Chili's and more). The entrance to Katy Trail is just a block away. This is a great place for anyone looking for good running/walking trails. The trail is 3.5 miles long end to end. I ran the entire thing while I visited there and as a young woman by myself I always felt very safe. The trail is so heavily used that I never felt I had to worry about my safety.

I was particularly interested in how the neighborhood seemed at night- so I spent a few late evenings there. Seems to be a popular spot for what mainly seemed to be young professionals or young couples or families. I never saw anything in the neighborhood that made me feel leary about living there.

The complex is great! The management I dealt with was extremely welcoming and helpful, and followed through on everything they committed to. The complex is beautiful, and was VERY clean in all areas. The parking is secured and all underground, with access by elevators to the apartments. I looked carefully at the parking area and even that area seemed to be well cleaned and maintained. The security gates were always working each of the 4 days I visited this property.

I stopped 5 different residents outside this property and told them I was considering moving in and asked their opinion on living there. Each of them had nothing but good things to say- particularly about the maintenance staff. Most of the residents I talked to had lived there over a year or much longer. They described the complex overall as being very quiet and well maintained. No one I talked to had any complaints.

I wouldn't describe the cardio equipment in the gym to be top of the line- but overall the gym looked good. With Katy Trail so close I think I'd rather run there anyway.

Very pet friendly community.

All total in my trips to Dallas to view potential apartments, I think I visited more than 10 different properties. This one was without a doubt my favorite and I can't wait to move in! k6tKKzmJrmATU2ap682S
