Imagine this: every apartment is under one roof. Just like a hotel you walk thru a hallway and enter your apartment. The hallways are tiled. When you try to sleep you are constantly awaken by loud voices, the click of someones heels, someone rolling their suit case down that tiled hallway.
You will also experience hearing your neighbors (above and next to you) turn their water on. Oh Yea! not to mention the water to the complex is constantly turned off due to water emergencies. Whats up with that' That can be and is a real disaster to your career! Lets not mention the $275 monthly electric bill because of the lack of insulation and caulking around the large windows.
I would look to some of the other properties within that radius that have spent the money to upgrade at much lesser rents.

Another ignorant renter... "real disaster to your career" ?? WTF? So a water emergency is not as important as your mediocre job? Get a life!

I would imagine not being able to shower, wash your clothes or even clean your teeth in the morning could be rather damaging to anyone's career and health. Thanks for the heads up!
