All glitter and no service

Location is dicey if safety is a concern but your neighbors are a good lot....but that is about as good as it gets.
The staff is pleasant but in no way act like service is part of their job. (Don't take my word for it, try calling them and see how long it takes to get past voice mail.)
The exercise room is at best a joke and more accurately a FRAUD. Three of the seven cardio machines do not even work and they leave them sittng there and do not bother telling potential residents that they are just there for looks. You learn that AFTER you sign the lease. Additionally, no free weights at all, 90% of the static weight machines are upper body only, and they place no time limits on the two treadmills (very low end treadmills) so you may have to wait an hour or two if you want to work out at a peak time. The weight room is like so much else at the complex.....mostly looks and very little substance.
On street parking is a serious safety issue but the leasing staff will not warn you they give you the old line about calling the police and asking them instead of telling you the truth...just another example of "we are not here to serve we are here to lease!"
While I love livivg downtown and I share this complex with some really good people, I would not be here if I had it to do again. There are too many complexes downtown to even begin to feel you have to settle for the level of service and facilities that AMLI Bryan Place presently offers.
