Lets see, where do I start...

1. the first night living at the amli, someone broke in to my car. They have security, but he leaves at about 4 am. I always hear car alarms going off at about 4:30am. I guess the thieves know what time he leaves.

2. The breezeway in front of my door was filthy. My rep claimed that they were pressure washed once a month. We asked at least a dozen times before they finally cleaned it.

3. The washing machines use a money card. Unfortunately the machine that charges your card likes to eat your money.

4. There is no way to open the gate to let visitors in from my apartment.

5. I was getting a new resident in my apartment and they needed to sign the lease. My rep told me daily for a period of a week (not exagerating) that she would have it on my door in the morning. She never put it on the door.

6. They have a monopoly on cable. Astronomical rates. 55 bucks for the basic stuff.

7. They claim a 48 hour service gaurantee. They claim to give you free rent if they don't fix your problem in 48 hours. It took they 5 weeks to fix a broken microwave. I had to ask them 4 times to get it done. When I asked for free rent they told me there were a few stipulations. if they have to order parts or have someone else fix it, they will not offer the 48 hour service gaurantee. Furthermore, when I told them I was going to tell everyone how bad they were, they threatened to evict me. The manager said under my lease they are permitted to evict me if I "bad mouth" the amli.

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE EVER EXPERIENCED IN MY LIFE!
