Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
The apartments have paper thin walls and flooring resulting in the loudest apartment I have ever lived. If you are not on the highest level you will hear EVERY sound your neighbors make.
My car was hit-and-run twice, and broken into once...all while I was sleeping only 10 feet away from it.
At least one neighbor had his door kicked-in and had everything stolen during daytime hours.
Please think twice if you have a female living there alone. This is an extremely high crime area and not worth what happens on a regular basis.
