The apartment complex as a whole is very convenient to downtown, and it is the ONLY plus side of the complex. However, the complex, staff and even the tenants are run-downed. When you call the office for assistance, you either get no help or the answer machine; the tenants are mostly immature, college students who tends to mostly party, and because of the inattentiveness unsupervised staff, the grounds are trashed.
