MANAGEMENT IS HORRIBLE

The apartment complex and apartments are actually nice, but the management is lacking. The staff for the most part are courteous, but they lack leadership from the Mgr. and Assist. Mgr. The Mgrs are unorganized, never return phone calls, and do not take care of details. Your problems and concerns will always seem to be placed on the backburner. And their response after you inquire a second and third time always seems to be "I'm sorry, we have been so busy."
