I truley regret the day I signed a lease with this rip off bunch. These apartments are probably not insullatedat all. My electricity bill is higher here than for the 4 bedroom house that I moved out of. Crime is through the roof. My garage has been burglarized whlie I was checking my mail and so has just about every one elses. Some of the equipment in the work out room has been broken for nearly a year. You cannot tell by looking so the staff keep showing it to unsuspecting potential renters and then the liars continuously keep telling us that they have a guy coming out next week to fix it. LIARS! And, when you get to the end of your lease you can expect to be penalized an extra $500.00 per month if you try to go month to month instead of resigning a long term lease. The folks across the hall had to pay the penalty while their new house was being finished. In sum, I wish I had never met these folks.
