I do not believe it! I am at the end of my lease and my apartment is now being rented for less than I had to pay one year ago. You would think that I could renew my lease at the lower rate but now with these rip-offs. I cannot even keep my present rate. They want more money than I am paying now to sign a new lease.

One of the leasing agents told me on the side that it is because they know that it will cost me to move and even with the increse I can stay here for less than they think it will cost me to move. Wrong!

I will be out of here like a bat out of Hell and I am going to warn everybdy that I can about these rip-off artists.

PS- read the other posts on this and other sites. AMLI has worked hard to get a poor reputation for fair dealing and if you read the sites....it shows!
