Live here for a very short while and you will know it by heart. Way over priced. Poorly constructed. Lousy management. And, these people will tell you anything to get you to sign a lease or out of the office after you have signed a lease. Crime is a way of life and parking on the street is the same as rolling dice. But, if you ask management about crime they will tell you to go ask the police. They do not want to tell you the truth.
Look elsewhere.
PS, the WOW report was probably written by one of the employees. I do not have one neighbor that has ever expressed anything close to that!
