I have lived @ AMLI at Bryan Place for close to a year now and have had minimal problems. There was a slight trash problem but they are fixing it, and it's noticable. Management has always been friendly and the maitenence staff has always been there to fix issues on time. People say there is alot of crime here, I have not experienced this during my stay. I have always felt safe and have had no harmful interactions with neighbors. Allen St. can be noisy at times, especially during the weekend when everyone comes stumbling out of their car from a night out on the town, but what can you expect' These are apartments, so you can expect that not everyone is going to adhere to the noise policy.
Overall, I would recommend AMLI @ Bryan Place to future residents.
