I was here on a service call related to utilities. Unfortunately, the tenant was not at home, so I did not have access to the apartment. My impressions are purely superficial and based on briefly walking around the grounds. I can say that I did not see any trash or litter. No broken glass. Heard no gun shots. The buildings appear to be new. The office area is a little too large and opulent. Saw two hot women. So far, so good. If I ever have access to one of the apartments and get to talk with one of the tenants, will update.

YOU'RE NOT EVEN A RESIDENT!!!!???? Try living there before you give an opinion. It is a crime ridden neighborhood, just ask the cops.

You're right, of course. I've been looking for a place in the area. Just felt like writing something. It's a fairly worthless review, but at least I was honest about not living here. Yes, it is a diverse neighborhood. You've got a mixture of yuppies, probably MBA students at SMU or something and then there are your past and future felons. I've got a feeling that the neighborhood is gradually improving, though.
