Dont understand what the problem is

I am NOT management, have lived here for about 6 months. My wife has lived here for a couple of years. While I agree the management sucks, all apartment complex management sucks...they are fine until you want something that costs money ("get out of your lease....NO WAY!")
Crime' scumbags, homeless people' Not in my experience. Yes, I have seen homeless people but they arent beating on my door or taking a crap on my lawn. Think about where you are....downtown, on the fringe of some sketchy areas. I run at night around here all the time and am not worried--but then I am a guy from NY. Maybe everyone bitching moved from Mommy and Daddy's nice suburban home in Oklahoma---go back there.
You want super nice then pay for it and live uptown or in McKinney. Want something that is reasonable and close to downtown. Then shut up!
Overall, I would rate this place a 5 for a generic brand apartment complex.
