This apartment is a rat hole. I lived in an apartment adjacent to where a "trash pick-up" site was located. There was trash there 24-7. When I went to complain, they just blew me off and fined me $50 thinking I left trash infront of my apartment. They are complete idiots. My car was hit and run in their parking garage. My neighbor aparently was a DJ and would play his music as loud as he could. The security did nothing and as a matter of fact, I caught one smoking weed while working. If I didn't hear the DJ blasting music, I heard the highway at all hours of the night. What ever you do DO NOT MOVE TO THESE APARTMENTS.

My car was hit and run TWICE within a two month period. I would NOT, NOT, NOT recommend parking Bryan Street ever. You never know what kinda crazy is going to be driving through the neighborhood, like that guy the cops shot some 13 times ... yeah, that was some crazy ----.

I completely agree with this post. The trash situation is disgusting. I also got a $50 fine. They went through my trash and found a piece of mail with my name on it.

Totally agree as well. Very negligent management, rats in the parking garage, "on call" security when it used to be 24/7 on site. nasty nasty nasty.
