I just renewed my lease after living here a year. I can't say that I've had any issues. The maintenance has always fixed things quickly, and the office has been really nice. I don't I'll be moving for quite some time.

I am a current tenant. The only reason I don't move is that I just hate the thought of moving again after only a year. I have gotten the worst service when it comes to repairs. They do always get here within a day, but none (and I really do mean none) of the maintenance people know how to actually repair anything that is broken. While they are making repairs, they either break or damage something else or do such a poor job that I have to call them back numerous times and finally just give up and try to live with it. I am embarrassed for guests to see some of the stuff they have "repaired". Management makes me feel that I am the one who is being unreasonable. But I am sure that when it is time to renew my lease in August that they will raise the rent.
