I have lived here since march 2003 and believe it to be an exceptional value. We have had a few reports of auto theft, but my car has never been damaged or stolen. parking garage seems secure with a security guard and controlled access. within walking distance of Dart Rail (city place station). Staff is courteous and helpful. As with any apartment complex there are occasional problems with noise (weekend evenings etc). Among other qualities apartment offers acceptance and delivery of fedex, ups and postal service parcels to your apartment unit. apartment offers (as a leasing perk) free 128k isdn internet access and free basic cable. Best athletic training room that I have seen of any apartments. I have lived here 14 months and have just signed my second lease.
