I have lived here for approx. 10 months and I really like my floor plan and view of the courtyard. Great value and very nice managment. Only drawback is the on-call assistance from the "so called" police officer that lives onsite. Hope you don't need late night assistance or emergencies because you are basically SOL. She is not friendly and is hardly ever seen. Heard of lots of theft and crime. Bolt you patio furniture down. If you call to report suspicious people, good luck. Ms. "on site" Police Officer doesn't care. Students who live onsite are basically loud and do not respect other tenants. Lighting in the courtyard is scary at night. If you don't duck after you hear a "wooosh" noise, you are likely to get hit with a golf ball being t-off at one of the student apartment balconies.
On the fence on resigning. Would like to see a safer, professional atmosphere...not college/frat boy housing. k6tKKzmJrmATU2ap682S
