The apts are really nice, the parking is great, the pool is ok, but other than that you may as well go live on campus at SMU. The SMU students do not respect any one else at this complex, which I was told was mostly professionals. The courtyard is very dark at night and a bit scary considering we live next door to the ghetto. Once in awhile you will see a shady person walking around the complex looking for something to steal from the first floor balconies. If you do move here and you are on the first floor, be smart and chain down your bbque grill.
