Never Again ...

Let me put my 2 cents in ...
I wasn't going to comment, on the Quarters @ Cityplace, but I just had to say something.
I just moved out of the "Quarters @ Cityplace", effective the 15th of this month. The main perk that I expierenced was the management, when I first moved in (i.e. Holly), once the complex changed management(i.e. Tracy), everything went DOWN for the property. I, originally had a thought that Tracy had a personal vendetta out for me, but after talking with several other residents, I figured that she is just a HORRIBLE manager. She is FAKE and not genuine with anything.
The parking garage and the LOUD students, from SMU are another thing. If you want peace, serenity and quietness when coming home, at the Quarters, don't expect to receive it until 4 AM. Overall, the apartments are beautiful but the SMALL stuff such as the management and other residents make the living experience HORRIBLE and not worth spending the additional monies for rent. I took my business and rent money elsewhere, to apartment complex (an AMLI property) that can respect me and understand that I am a paying resident, just like everyone else!!
