I am currently a resident at the Quarters at Cityplace and have had a very positive experience. I have had no problems with the staff, especially the manager Tracy. Tracy has been very helpful in solving my problems since I moved onto the property, and her proffesionalism should be commended. The rest of the staff is very friendly and helpful. I have never had a problem with the maitenance, and all work orders have been handled promptly. As far as the security issue I have seen a uniformed Dallas Police Officer walking the grounds everyday for about a month. I have had no problem with noise and if I did I would call the police. Car break-ins happen everywhere. If you want to make sure your car is not broken into buy a house with a garage. Also it might be a good idea not to leave valuables in plain view. After reading the previous reviews I am stunned to see just how little responsibilty people want to take for themselves and would instead like to blame an office staff for all the problems in the world. I highly recommend the Quarters at Cityplace, and I will definitely renew my lease when it is up.

Well, okay, but I would hardly call it a safe place, just because the "dallas police" (lower case on purpose)are there. Those jerks will pistol whip you just because you threaten to kill them.
