I have lived in rental properties for the last 8 years and never had complaints from any manager. I have never experience a more rude staff than at the Quarters at Cityplace. They were defensive to every request I ever made and they lied often. They could care less about providing quality customer service. They were rude and I always had the feeling it was tenant vs. the office staff. Once the management changed I was out of there as soon as my lease was up. And the latest battle I am fighting with them' $600 plus turned over to collection with no attempt by the management to contact me first. Please, I urge to consider leasing elsewhere.
