just stating the facts...

I've lived in 2 Amli apartments in the Dallas area and my experience with Cityplace has been interesting from day one!
I picked up my keys on a monday morning (the day my lease started) ready to move in, and found that the carpet hadn't been cleaned. I was told they were supposed to replace the carpets and could I wait and move in the next day.
Around this time last year, the gates broke and it took 5 cars (including mine) being broken into in 1 night to get them fixed. Management had been leaving notes stating they were working getting quotes and it would take time to find the right company (for over a month), but the gate was fixed by the time I got home from work the day after my car was broken into.
I came home from work a couple of weeks ago and found my bathroom upside down and a note left on the toliet saying I couldn't use if for 24 hours. (I live in a 1 bath apartment) The management staff didn't even know anything was wrong until I cam down and asked about it....I was told there was a leak in the pipes and was told to either just flush my toliet once for the night or find another place to stay for the evening.
The worst came last week when I was home mid-day taking a shower and the water stopped. They had finally decided to fix the leak from weeks earlier but again the management staff didn't know anything about it until I walked down there with wet hair and body.
Just my experience..... k6tKKzmJrmATU2ap682S
