They include cable, internet and the alarm. Any other place in this area is going to cost you a lot more money for less room and not include the cable, internet etc. This place is ok. The apartment on the inside is great except for the leaks we've had.

Currently the pool is green and has been this way on and off for the whole summer. It's current green state has been this way for at least a few weeks..

If you have a dog... the only place to walk it is in this court yard like area with rocks instead of grass
