I had several issues with this apt complex:
1. when I first signed the lease I was told the technology package was optional (its not)
2. When I moved in the bathtub had not been cleaned and was supposed to get done a week later, but they never did
3. can get very noisy at 2, 3, 4 am on thurs, fri, sat, nights.
4. Gym equipment is always broken
5. occasionally see homeless people on the property (ie drunk guy passed out in one of the hallways at 10pm)
6. My apt has RATS! in the air conditioning duct.. and apparently so do some of my neighbors
7. gates malfunction about once a month.
8. With all the add ons (sewage, trash, water, and consolidated statment fee plus technology package) plus the location near the highway/gas station is not worth the price. (Rent goes up by 50-100$ a year)

lmao, i love it! i always figured they'd get rats eventually, probably goes back to the little garbage problem they had when i lived there in 03...i don't recall the specifics, but they offered trash pickup and then never did it? either way the end result was piled up trash for a month or two. i also recall issues with the so called tech package, i think it took 6 months to get the alarm system turned on. Hope you can get out of your contract soon, Good luck!
