Ok, So I moved here July 2008 and at first everything was Ok , but things started going down hill fast. I lived on the second floor way way way in the back of the complex, you know there are so damn many apartments It makes you feel just like your driving forever just to get home with all the twist and turns you have to make, If you do move here please don't let them stick you In the back Because it SUCKS!

Secondly, This Freakin Place Nickels and Dimes You . Yes They Do. Consolidated statement fee my @$$ , just send me a water bill So I can Pay what is the point in charging me 4.50 for a freaking billing statement' wtf! Water should be Free as High as Rent is 1066.00 a month for crapy living , A retarded downstairs neighbor who thought I was supposed to tip toe around my apartment for his sake, Who played his damn keyboard all day and all night and didn't fu*king go to work at all! For a leaky damn refrigerator and dirty nasty a$$ carpet that was dirty because it needed to be replaced long before I moved in. They are contingent upon cleaning your carpet for you , but these complex is cheap instead of replacing any damn thing they wont you to pay for it. Every time someone moves out of an apartment the carpet and padding should be changed, AMLI only wants to cut corners and clean it , but still leaves that dirty ass padding under the carpet , which is why it still becomes dirty after its cleaned.

I overpaid to live at this place over a thousand dollars a month, And I would not be complaining now If It was worth it. The car wash SUCKS! you wash your car standing in a pool of water cause the drains don't work, you cant vacuum the trash out of your care because the VACUUM is burned up , The parking is absolutely horrible So I wont even get into that.

The Model home in the office Is what really gets You, Don't be Fooled because your apartment wont look anything like that ! lol If you do move here Please have them show you the apartment you will be moving into before you sign the lease, That's how I got sucked into this piece of Shi* I'm in now.


Ok , That's not it. These people came into my apartment without notifying me once,
They are so quick to put notices on your door for any little reason , but If you call the office you cant even get an answer, And BRANDI the SO CALLED APARTMENT MANAGER isn't good for anything because she is never there.

I think just about everyone has the ant problem here not just me.
The water only stay's hot for 2 minutes when you take a shower or bath
I've never had hot water longer that 5 minutes at this place.

If you are going to overpay for so called luxary, PLEASE PLEASE dont move here!
They are ridicolusly High And The Quality Is not there . I cant not think of every singe problem Ive had here But if Your smart, Take heive and Move forward or else You'll be one of the many leaving a review on this website , Had I listened I would not be on here complaining.


I moved right down the Street To Some Aparments Called Madison On the Parkway Located right off the TollWay and Haverwood Rd.


Same Apartment only 30-40 sq ft difference for 830 a month.. you cant beat that


So Do your research, If I would have listened to the other reviews before I moved here I would not be in the position, but sometimes you feel like just because one person had a bad experience does not mean that you will you have to live and ;earn RIGHT' ...... Wrong If 90% of reviews are negative Then what does that tell you'
