for 2 girls that weren't making much money, this was a cool place to live. the price is very reasonable. the only problem we had was that we lived on the basement floor. think 'laverne & shirley'. not much sunlight, so we needed lots of lighting. but other than that. the office staff was great! and the deep ellum lofts have once a month happy hours so you can meet others which is really cool. good times!

if you need security, this is a great place. i never felt afraid especially b/c you have to have the remote to enter the building and the parking lot. but also you need the remote to leave the parking lot. sometimes annoying, but i never felt worried that someone was there that shouldn't be.

if you are a lively and out-and-about person, this is a nice place. everyone is always coming and going, so you definitely meet your neighbors. but if you don't like noise, then you may not want to move to somewhere like deep ellum.

SWEET! I am DEFENITELY considering renting an apartment here! I actually have an appointment scheduled for next week. I am really looking forward to viewing this place and location. I am twenty years old soo noise is DEFENITELY in my nature at the time...I think without it I CANT sleep! hahaha! but I am glad this place has very positive feedback on this place defenitely persuading me. -jay-
