The people that live here are for the most part very friendly. I have been here for almost a year and love it. I can't complaint about my neighbors, because I barely hear them. The location is fabulous, I get to walk to work and to any restaurant I wish. The parking is very safe and the maintenance people are on top of things. The only thing I don't like is that the swimming pool is located at the Futura Lofts, other than that I think this is a reasonably priced place to live.
