We have lived here at the Mill for two years now. We absolutely love the building.... the concrete floors and the exposed pipes on the ceiling .... but the part we can't stand is the lack of security measures takin to protect our vehicles and anything that we decide to put on our patios..... in the last 3 weeks we have had 3 of our cars broken into... and along with having to replace our c.d. players, c.d.'s, and anything else of value that was stolen out of our cars (and it happens in broad day light as well as at night time) we also have the headache of replacing our windows..... this is an irritating and not to mention a costly price to pay to live anywhere, despite the cool factor of the place. One thing we do get is alot of sympothy from our management but nothing has changed to make the break ins stop. We are supposed to have security but hardly ever are they seen around (well expect upstairs in our community room watching T.V.) The safe factor is almost non-exsistant here and there is nothing really to do at this point but move.
