The are two dogs on the 3rd floor that bark NON STOP when the tenant is not in the unit. NON STOP for hours at a time.
The dogs can be heard on every single floor. All day and all evenings. Early morning on weekends.
The manager won't do anything to fix the problem.
When you add that to all the crime issues at the property...plus the gunshots that happen every few nights a block away...it makes this place extremely undesirable.
There's a mass exodus of people leaving here and for lots of reasons that you can read on this site.
This is a good building to avoid.

I currently live at ABM and have no pets. Although, I might as well have a pet because I am surrounded by urine and feces on the parking grounds, elevator, stairwells, hallways, and walkways. Have you seen the cats roaming around eating out of cups of food strategically placed on the ground by humans for the dinning pleasure of cats? What the heck is that about? If you drive a $60k car and come out to find cat scratches on your car, rest assured it is the cat that is getting free food and water from residences here. Ridiculous! Let me pay $1k a month to walk in dog poo and pee while homeless cats sniff and scratch my car. At least cats are private about their bile movements. Dogs? Well, they will do it anytime, anywhere, and in front of anybody. The crime? Do not even think about moving here. Gunshots. This is no exaggeration. He forgot to mention the helicopters. Sometimes there are spotlights shinning on the ground from the sky searching for the culprits. Thieves, transients, prostitutes, drug users, and drug dealers are common is this area. If you want to have the experience of living large in slumsville. You have found the right place. Write a book, publish it, and become a celebrity in your neighborhood. But, I do not think anyone in this zip code would buy it because their money is allocated for other recreational uses.
