They try to extort money from you

I subleased here for six months. When I left they refused to accept my notice because the girl I subleased from did not finish signing the lease transfer papers. They ASSURED me I had no further obligation because MY NAME WAS NOT ON THE LEASE and I moved out. Seven months later they turned my name over to a collection agency even though MY NAME IS NOT ON THE LEASE and they even faxed me the document the PROVES I have no responsibility for one months rent and utilities, which by the way they say is 1200 dollars ( for a one bedroom apartment with leaky bathroom that's MARKET RATE IS 750 per month) DO NOT LIVE HERE!!! The staff LIES to you and then does not even notify you of a problem before bringing in a collection agency. I even had one staff person assure me they would be removing my name from the collection agency's list and the the next day when I asked to get it in writing the manager tells me to get a lawyer because he will not speak with me any more! 6TrHFn6pn7poyqNlKEgn
