I've lived at Amesbury Parc for seven years. YES there have been problems. My truck was stolen in '97 and was damaged by a tow truck last year but, overall my stay has been good.

My rent is $150 less per month than my friends apartment in Irving. She has lived in her apartment for 20 years and suffers through Lincoln Properties problems.

The current management is the most professional yet. They are more interested in service that having baloons everywhere!

As for utility costs, mine are still lower than most. And I like to be COOL in summer.

Overall, for my price, it's a great place to live.
