I was on the fence, now I'm I'm totally off

I wrote previously about still being on the fence about my feelings towards living at Amersbury Parc, and now I've finally decided. They totally gave me the run around. I'm a nice person, and I avoid extreme confrontation because I think things are better solved with honey rather than vinegar, however, I now know that when it comes to situations like this, force is the only answer. As I wrote previously, starting the day I moved in till the day I moved out (terminating my lease early), my living room flooded everytime it rained. I had moved from upstairs to the same exact floorplan downstairs. I lived in my down stairs apartment for 7 months and it flooded no less than 10 times. Because I was naive and genuinly believe that that staff was there to help me, I was patient and believed them when they told me they were fixing the leak. It got to the point where I would call them before it rained because I knew that it would flood. Several times it took them 4 or 5 days to come and suck the water up with a wet vac, and the apartment would smell of mildew. Usually they would rush right out there with the wet vac, but the leak was never actually fixed. I realize now that they were merely trying to save their asses but claning up the water to prevent the onstages of mold and to seem as though they were dilegent. I did enjoy staying there because I had a few really good friends who stayed there, but I would not reccommend this complex to anyone else. Oh, and not olny did my living room flood, but the sidewalks flooded, too! If you were parked in the uncovered parking by my area, and it was raining, the only way to get to my door was to wade through foot high water. I read the other comments they are quite correct on most of the things said.
The roaches are the size of squirrels.
Theft is very high. I witnessed on 2 occassions within the past 4 months someone checking cars to seeif they were unlocked so they could steal them and/or the belongings in them. My best friend's car, who live in Amesbury Parc, but in another apartment, was broken into twice in 3 months. Also, I know of many occassions were tenants had they're patio furniture and grills stollen.
I blame myself for alot that happened between me and Amersbury Parc because I just thought people would be more accomadating and ethical, but now I'm jaded with the whole experience. Oh yeah, and by the way, if you want to get out, there's a 60 days notice not just a 30 days notice in other places. I think the policy here is how to get the maximum ammount of money from the tenant with the minimal and sometimes less thatn minimal ammount of work form their end.
